Du är värd det bästa.

Sedan en tid tillbaka har jag ramlat över människor som börjar inse sitt eget värde o inte längre accepterar vissa saker från sin partner. Även jag går igenom det.

Många tycker det är egoistiskt. Man kan väl inte sätta sig själv före andra. Men jag har börjat göra det. Det är inte alltid lätt, men jag tränar på det! Att faktiskt känna efter i hjärtat vad jag vill när jag får en fråga. Att inse att jag är värd det allra bästa, o inte längre acceptera att bli behandlad dåligt på något sätt. Det handlar om att ta tillbaka makten.

O de som reagerar med ilska eller liknande. Det är helt OK. Det handlar om deras föreställningar. Det är bara tankar o har ingenting med verkligheten att göra. O de tankarna har inget med mig att göra. Det är upp till den personen om den vill jobba på de negativa känslorna o föreställningarna eller inte.

Jag har förklarat för min man att det gäller även honom. Han borde sätta sig själv högst o visa mig o alla andra vad han vill och tycker! Det är ju inte bara jag som är värd det bästa, alla är ju det! Själv kan jag nästan bli förvånad när jag ser vad jag o andra har accepterat tidigare. Varför trodde vi att vi inte förtjänade bättre? Gör om gör rätt!

Småsaker gör jag fortfarande till viss del för andras skull. Men stora saker släpper jag inte längre igenom. 

För något år sedan berättade jag för min man att jag ska ha flera djur i framtiden. 3-4 hundar, häst-ar, ev stallkatt, höns. Jag tänker inte längre begränsa mig för hans skull i det avseendet. Min passion för djur har alltid funnits, det är en del av mig! O jag tänker inte längre trycka ner den delen. Jag hoppas att du kan tänka dig att leva med så många djur. 

För ca 4 veckor sedan fick jag erbjudande om en omplacering, hunden Nadja. Jag pratade med min man som blåvägrade. O vet ni vad jag gjorde???

Jag sa att det här handlar om något som är så otroligt viktigt för mig. O jag tänker skaffa hunden. Det handlar inte om makt, att få som jag vill. Det handlar om att jag hedrad mig själv, den jag är långt ner i kärnan, i grunden. O jag kommer att följa det som gör mig lycklig. Jag förstår att du blir arg. Du får själv välja hur du vill göra. Antingen accepterar du det, eller så väljer du att vi går skilda vägar. Det skulle göra mig väldigt ledsen om vi separerar. Men jag ändrar mig inte i det här.  Osv, osv... 

Arg är väl bara förnamnet...😁 Han blev chockad över att jag faktiskt menade o stod fast vid det jag sa för något årsedan. När jag gick ut ur rummet trodde jag att jag skulle känna mig ledsen. Det gjorde jag inte. Jag kände mig fri, lycklig som att jag äntligen fattat att jag ska välja det som är rätt för mig, det som får min själ att sjunga! ÄNTLIGEN!!!!

Det är bara du som kan göra det. Vad är viktigt för dig? Har du något du varit passionerad av sedan barnsben?

 

Viktigt är att du låter hjärta o själ visa vägen. Lyssnar vi enbart till hjärnan/egot här så blir det inte alls bra. Då kommer allt baseras på rädsla. Tidigare VALDE jag att följa min mans nej när jag frågade om jag kunde skaffa något mer djur. Det valet gjorde jag på rädsla. Att jag inte förtjänade bättre, att han kanske lämnar mig om jag går emot osv.

När jag följer hjärtat så försvinner saker som rädsla, makt o intriger. Jag vet i grunden att jag behöver inte jämföra mig med någon annan. Jag duger precis som jag är. Jag ska följa min väg o inte någon annans. Hjärnan kommer ju med sina tvivel o "tänk om". Men det är OK!

Det är ju så den fungerar! Men lyssna inte på tvivlet! Gå in i hjärtat istället o följ det du får till dig där!

Vill bara tillägga att min man är en bra, kärleksfull människa. Men han har, precis som alla andra, sina blockeringar o rädslor. Men detta inägg handlar inte om att han är elak eller konstig på något sätt, utan det handlar om de val jag har valt i livet!

Att välja livet... Det valet gjorde jag för ca 15 år sedan då jag efter många år så gott som alltid följt andras vilja. Det har sedan dess tagit mig alla dessa år för att förstå konsekvenserna av att under nästan 30 års tid varit nedtryckt/mobbad på olika sätt.
Därför blir jag så glad var gång jag läser om fler som väljer sitt liv och sätter sin hälsa och sina intressen bland mycket annat först. Och som du säger - det handlar inte om att trycka ner andra. Det handlar om jämbördighet i ett förhållande ex.v. Om båda respekterar och älskar sig själva lika mycket som en älskar sin partner så går dett att få ihop ekvationen!
